Just Ask Anana will provide this disclosure at the appropriate time and will clearly explain whom we represent in any transaction. Until a written agency agreement is signed, you should not assume that Just Ask Anana is representing you. In a dual-agency situation, we will obtain your informed written consent as required by Ohio law.
